College Kids Helper provides non-medical, non-emergency concierge support, routine domestic assistance, campus errand courier services, and student check-ins. We are not medical professionals, mental health crisis counselors, licensed paramedics, or armed security personnel. If you believe your student is experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency or acute mental health crisis, please immediately call 911 or the University of Arizona Police / Campus Emergency Services.
1. Agreement & Scope of Services
By booking a service or subscribing to a monthly support plan through College Kids Helper (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“Parent”, “Guardian”, “Client”, or “Student”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
Our services in Tucson, Arizona include, but are not limited to: laundry pickup and delivery, campus mailroom and parcel courier assistance, grocery and retail errand shopping, light dorm and apartment room resets, move-in and move-out labor, standard flat-pack furniture assembly, standard TV bracket wall mounting, restaurant and takeout courier delivery, and companion student wellness check-in visits.
2. Parental Authorization & Student Consent
When a parent or guardian purchases services on behalf of an enrolled college student:
- The purchaser confirms that they have the legal authority to book the service and coordinate with the student.
- The student must consent to entry into their residential premises for room tidying, furniture assembly, or TV mounting. We will never enter a private residence without student permission or presence.
- Dorm access rules and building regulations set by the University of Arizona, Pima Community College, or private student housing properties must be respected at all times.
3. Standard TV Mounting Scope & Limitation
Standard TV Mounting services are strictly limited to securing bracket hardware into wood studs behind standard drywall.
No Electrical Modifications:
We do not perform electrical wiring, in-wall electrical modifications, outlet relocation, conduit installation, structural engineering, or any work requiring municipal building or electrical permits. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary landlord or property management permissions for wall holes.
4. Retail, Food & Grocery Reimbursements
For grocery runs, restaurant deliveries, bakery treats, and errand purchases, the booking fee covers the time and coordination of our local helper. All purchased food, groceries, and merchandise are billed at 100% exact store or restaurant receipt cost with zero markup. Receipts are photographed and submitted to the purchaser immediately upon fulfillment.
5. Background Checks & Safety Standards
We take parent trust and student safety as our highest priority:
- College Kids Helper is fully criminal background screened and identity-verified.
- College Kids Helper carries active general liability business insurance.
- All services are conducted respectfully, adhering to university student safety standards and following zero-tolerance policies regarding substance use and unauthorized guest access.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Arizona law, College Kids Helper and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform, delays caused by traffic or severe weather, or pre-existing structural flaws in client furniture, walls, or electronics.
